The photography and video wedding packages listed below are meant to serve as a guideline only. We build them based on past demands but we are always willing to customize the photography package to your personal tastes and needs. Contact us to discuss your preferences and special requests ( add an album, second photographer...).
Depending on your personal taste, our photographers will offer you a blend of traditional style photography and a more journalistic and candid approach of your special moments.
BOOKING and PAYMENT
Please let us know what package you would like. We will send you a booking form followed by a deposit request of 15 % to secure the date.
The full balance will be required before departure. We accept traveler checks, cash and cashier's check for payments. A 10 % charge will be applied for payment by paypal , personal checks or credit card.
ITEMS DELIVERY
In case of early departure, the items will be shipped by UPS express. The shipping cost is not included in our prices and will be charged before departure. The cost can vary between 70 US$ ( for a video) to 130 US$ for an album depending on the location.

PRODUCTS DESCRIPTION
PROOFS AND ORIGINAL DIGITAL IMAGES ( elite package)
The Elite packages is supplied with 1 set of 4x6 proofs presented in a black professional box as well as your images on DVD . The images are color retouched and enhanced. These images are supplied in high resolution format suitable for enlargements. You get the images plus a Reproduction Release along with your package. This allows you to make your own enlargements and copies of your wedding photography at any photo store of your choice.
Online Gallery
We offer reprint and enlargement ordering service with PICTAGE at very affordable rates ( the same we would charge here). The service is recognized as the best in the industry and is trusted by the best photographers all around the world. Within a few days after your wedding, you and your family and friends will be able to view your images online and place your orders if needed. You can easily view and select the images, pay for them online through the secure server, and the images will be delivered to your door, typically in less than one week after. It makes it very convenient for you, your family and friends to order reprints, digital albums, coffee books, thank you cards and many other beautiful products. This saves you considerable time and you won't have to coordinate with everyone to find out who wants what in terms of reprints and enlargements- just send them to your password protected galley and let them order the images they want.
ALBUMS
ELITE MATTED ALBUM ( elite packages)
The library bound Elite Album is ideal when the presentation must be nothing less than premium. Handsome, leather grained covers are soft to the touch yet damage resistant and easy to clean. This 10x10 album holds 40-50 photos of your choice and different sizes.
The Zookbook by Zookbinders
Founded in 1995, Zookbinders is a leading provider of complete album solutions featuring the award winning Zook Book and the Photobook by Zookbinders.
We offer a 10×10 Zookbook, 38 sides that contains around 100 images. You can choose your leather type and color. Each album has a cameo cover ( photo inset on the cover) and 1 line cover stamping with your names. The Zook Book is accompanied by 2 6×6 Photo Book replicas for your parents ( hard cover, leather cover available at extra cost)
A digital design will be presented to you and the book will be printed after your approval.
Zookbinders will ship the book within 30-45 business days after design approval. Other sizes and covers are available. Please contact us for a quote.
PAINTED PICTURE

Slide Show
10-20 minutes DVD with your best images to tell you wedding story. Produced with a brand new software, this DVD slide show looks like a movie. You can bring us your music for the slide show ( on CD and mp3 format).

This package is perfect for the couples who want the coverage of the event and all the photos on CD and don't want to bother about selection. A copyright release is provided that allows you to print from the CD. You can choose the lenght of the coverage. The coverage time is consecutive and cannot be broken down but you can choose when you want to start.

We supply one DVD as part of the package and additional copies are available on request. In case of early departure, the DVD will be shipped to you by UPS.
